Bethel Estates is a federally subsidized apartment complex that offers Section 8 assistance, therefore the rental amount is determined by income. Bethel Estates has two towers with four stories each. We have (229) one bedroom apartments, (17) specially adapted apartments for individuals with mobility impairments, and (16) two-bedroom apartments.
